The Office of Faculty affairs considers professional development for faculty important to the forward momentum of faculty’s continued success. OFA addresses the many needs of faulty in a number of areas including polices and procedure for promotion and tenure, promotion and tenure workshops, narrative workshop, faculty orientation, Implicit Bias training, and more. We look forward to the opportunity to share our workshops and trainings with faculty and postdoctoral scholars. You all are encouraged to reach out to us with any of your faculty questions.
